From behind my guarded walls
I peer into the distance
Where enemies abound
And opportunity awaits.
Dare I venture forth
Into the great unknown
Where I might fall before the powers
Who seek to slay me there?
Or, do I wait behind my walls
Until the day I die
Alone and afraid
Of that which I might have conquered?
Step forth into the world
With eyes wide;
Armored in Truth,
Shielded with Faith.
