Our time,
Our hearts,
And grand kids
Bring light to a
Mother's eyes
That too often have
Only the empty nest
And golfing husband
To keep them
Company.
Never too busy,
Never too far
For concerts
And birthdays
Or graduations
And weddings.
Time is
The most precious
Gift we can
Return for all
She has given to us.
