Today's the day we change our clocks
'Cause the gov'ment says we should
It doesn't save a bit of time
Though they told us that it would
Out here we get up 'fore the sun
And work 'til it's long set
I've never seen a changing clock
Affect the length of it yet
It reminds me what my Grandpa said
When he woke me from the night
Get up and dress and eat a bite
We don't wanna burn no daylight!
