Food and Energy for Texas

The whirling blades turn
Restlessly

The cattle graze
Quietly

The horizon stretches
Endlessly

Energy Flows
Food Grows

#1 Installed Wind Energy Capacity
#1 Beef Production

Great picture. Two great industries working together (so to speak).

I like that, Chris -

The last couple of times Tom and I have come out to Abilene, we have noticed the hundreds and hundreds of wind mills around Abilene and now many other places. Wish we had enough wind here in south Mississippi to support wind farms.

Wish we had enough wind here so we could have a wind tower for our all electric house!

Cheers & Blessings to you all today!

P. S. We like beef a lot, too! Had a couple of really tender pan grilled filets a couple of nights ago that I did in my ancient cast iron skillet.

Yummy!
